CAM3 Connectivity Issue

2 New CAM3s. Cannot connect. Receive a flag to change to 360P. Figured out how to flip that. Still won’t connect. Have EERO Mesh system that preselects the band as needed. Cam 2s worked without issue. WYZE help responded that they have my message. I need clear instruction to fix or they go back! Also WYZE provided 2 weeks of CAM+. That clock is ticking out- the product is rendered useless if the cameras fail. Not Happy!

Is your EERO locked onto 2.4Ghz? Can you lock the channel?

Hi the latest EERO systems have band steering. Whatever band requested by a new device causes the EERO to see the device (WYZE Cam 3) in its’ band of 2.4.
