Camera had been working fine for awhile but then just stopped. Unplugged and plugged the power cord in several times. Tried to restart via software but no love. When I plug it in I get the orange light for a bit which then flashes blue for about a second then returns to orange for a few seconds, clicks and dies?? Any thoughts, suggestions or incantations??

That is what I thought. But first I was told by a rep to confirm my address and such and that she would replace it. Now after doing so, i got an email from a different rep saying it was too old and they would not replace it. Funny bought it at same time as my Pan which they replaced not long ago.
I whined too soon. They changed their mind and are sending me an open box unit, Thank you Wyze.
