I shared my cam V3 with my wife; however she’s not able to view the video feed. Everything works perfectly on my phone. On her phone she Gets an error mesaage “offline error code 90”. I turned off the camera and closed the apps, restarted the camera and she gets “connection failed.”. Not sure how to troubleshoot this.
It’s possible that the operating system on yur wife’s phone is “ready for an update”. Check that and also the app version on her phone.
Make sure the wife’s phone is all up to date,the operating system and the app if so ha e her also go to her wyze app and tab to about and clear her cache out and sign out of the app and then back in
