Cam Pro 3 24 hour coverage

Are humans obsolete at Wyze?
How is the timing set on the cam pro 3 to get 24 hour coverage?
And why is the support so badly set up/organized?
Even this page does not have a simple post button.

if you mean 24 hour continuous recording (to the uSD card), on the camera main page, select the gear in the upper right corner (Settings), then Advanced Settings, then the record to MicroSD card slide switch to the right (turns green), and right below that select “Continuous” (the selected will be white and the unselected will be gray).

Why it is not with the instructions or readily available makes me wonder.

Tried this several times, absolutely useless.
When I read, Contact Us, I expect to be able to “chat with an agent or create a support ticket on our help center”,
however, neither alternative eventuated.
May I respectfully suggest that someone familiar with your instructions and information go through everything and reorganise it, then, someone not familiar with your setup go through the whole of the information and make it simpler in design and easier to access relevant information.
PS Have used computers since the late 1960s.
