Cam Plus won't work on front yard camera

Why won’t my Cam Plus/ video work on my front yard camera ? Only works on the back yard camera.

You probably need to go into your subscription and associate the missing cam to it.

One more possibility is the OP might only have a Cam Plus subscription for one camera and might need to add a additional Cam Plus license or Cam Plus Unlimited.

I guess I was hoping that would have been an obvious thing to OP but can’t assume I guess.

Before I retired, people at my work would come to me and say a computer won’t turn on. I would always ask “is the power cord plugged into the wall?”

Most times that fixed the problem.

There’s a famous story about a lady calling into MS tech support because her computer would not turn on, after 10 mins of troubleshooting she said she couldn’t see behind the computer because the power was out…

Most likely tech urban legend, but it is accurate.

When I try go into it the only camera that comes up is the backyard camera. Like the front yard camera doesn’t exist.

Nope I have the subscription for 2 Camaras.

You’ve marked this solved so has it been fixed?

If not try going into the settings on the missing camera and doing “reset services” then wait a bit and reboot the camera.

I deleted the camera then added it back. When I did it gave me the option to add Cam Plus to that camera. :+1:
