I bought the cam OG and OG telephoto on launch day, both which came with a 30-day trial. The cams didn’t ship for about 10 days. By the time I received them and set them up it was 14 days in. Recently my trial ended and I found out that the trial starts when the item is purchased… so half of my trial was over be fore I even received and activated my cameras. That doesn’t make any sense to me, and is certainly NOT a 30-day trial. If it was a 14 day trial like most come with, I basically wouldn’t have even had a trial. Please change how your trials work.
