Today is Tuesday, 26 Nov, 9 am, a full 14 days after 11 Nov, 8:59. But it’s not possible to see events for the rest of the day. I can only see events starting at 00:00 on Wednesday.
Is this how it actually works, and if so, why? I often have to look back to see events exactly 2 weeks ago - I use my agenda mostly - but today I wanted to check using Wyze, and could not.
I always thought I was paying for a full 14 days, eg 336 hours or 20160 minutes to be exact.
It’s Tuesday 25 Nov over here, but I see the same issue. Perhaps the issue is that “14-days” works on a schedule by day/date, not hours (336). My cams are currently writing their 6th hour of events in the 14th day since last full day of events that started on 12 Nov @ 0000. I will have 14 days minus 1 second of events only at 2359.59 this evening and only 13 days at 0000.00 tomorrow. They could have just worked off of a rolling 336 hours, but then others would complain that part of day 1 of 14 is always missing.
I just review my μSD card footage for events older than a few days.
You might consider Cam Unlimited Pro. This will give you 60 days of Cloud videos. Might be closer to 59 days from the looks of this thread.
