After my free trial of Cam Plus with a V3 camera I signed up for it. But now it’s not showing any Person Detection recordings, only motion and there were people that it was just calling as motion. My settings appear to be correct. What am I missing?
Person detection is only available if you were grandfathered based on the date of your account.
As I said, I subscribed to Cam Plus after the free trial period ended on my V3 camera. And Cam Plus includes person detection. Either way, I was able to get it working again.
