Cam plus motion play back Video Stuttering

Been dealing with this for at least a few months. My Wyze cam V3 with cam plus subscription video play back is all video stuttering, I’m on a one gig fiber line wireless mesh in the house.

If I log in to the web based live stream and view events, it does not stutter at all.

My phone is android. Is there a known issue with Android and wyze? I do not have an apple phone to test with.

I have v3 cams and I run the app on an iPhone. I also have significantly slower network bandwidth.
I never experience video stuttering.

Considering you networking capabilities, it is very likely to be a phone issue,

I found a other topic from 11 days ago saying that an update created the video stutter issues for some other users.
