# Cam plus lite stopped working

Last week, Cam Plus Lite on 2 of my cameras was working and recording 12-second events. This morning I checked my events and saw them, but nothing was playable. If I press the play button, it says I have to buy a Cam Plus subscription. but I have a cam plus lite on both those cameras, and my next monthly billing is not until 3/12/2024.

Any ideas?

Go to the Wyze web site.

Login and go to My Account - My Subscriptions and check My Services to see if both of your cameras are still assigned to your Cam Plus Lite service.
