My son recently purchased me two Wyze V2 doorbell cams, as I have doorbells on the front and back of my house. The installs went great. He signed me up for Cam Plus on both cameras, but only the front will work. He went into the subscription area on both the app and online and made sure both cameras were selected. He has called Wyze customer service both times but has received no help so far. It is crazy we are paying for a service we cannot even use.
Hi, tink406, sorry for what happened, would you go to your account tab, click “Wyze Support” tab, and click “Submit a Log”, you can choose the “Account an Services” on the very bottom and select “Service” to submit the log. If you can share your log id with me, I can take a look at the issue. Thanks!
