# Cam Plus Doesn't Record More Than 12 Seconds

I purchased Cam Plus over a week ago & after enabling it & following Chat rep. instructions (turn off/on, etc.) the outdoor cam still only records 12 seconds. Had to submit a Help Log, but no response from that over a week ago. Note, I updated firmware as well.
