I have a couple Wyse Outdoor Cams with Cam Plus subscriptions. The motion detection works great and I can review the events after they occur, but when I check events to review them the next day I receive the message “No Event Records.” although there were several events the previous day and I did not delete them.
Are you looking at the events listing for current day or previous day on the events tab?
What was resolution to this issue? I have similar thing happening. I can look at previous date events but as soon as I go to another date and then return to the first date, those events are all gone.
