Cam pan v3 unstable

When I bought these cams Android app worked great but the web interface was very bad. The web interface got better little by little until it all of a sudden all worked great!

Now after the security update nothing is stable. Android app keeps dropping.
The web interface occasionally connects. Its as bad as when I first tried it.

When can we expect an update?
I see many user complaining of similar issues but I haven’t seen a statement that Wyse knows there are issues and when to expect a fix.

Is there a fix coming?

I dont see where I can contact support.
