Cam OG not recording at all

I have Cam Unlimited, with 9 different cameras indoor and outdoor - including a Cam OG. A week ago I bought a Cam OG from Amazon, but it does not record into the cloud or the SD card I put in. It also does NOT notify me when movement is detected, even though the “motion tagging’s green box” is active when movement is detected. I went through everything online forums and Wyze’s own tech support told me to do - no effect at all. I returned it to Amazon, requested a new one - same issue. Would anyone have an idea as to what the problem might be due to? All my other 9 cameras are working and recording great and sending me notifications when movement is detected.

What are your settings for event recording and even types?

If you’re using smart detections and have “other motion” disabled it may just not be recognizing anything, or it may not have a good enough wifi/internet connection to Wyze’s servers to be able to do the analysis in time.

If you change it to “all events” does it start working?
