Another option for you. Anytime you wish to ignore another user, go to your profile tap “preferences” then “users”. From here you can add a user to your **ignore list** and suppress all posts, notifications, and PMs from the user. After they are ignored, you will no longer receive their replies. ---

You can mute and block specific accounts. I do this all the time for situations similar to what you are describing. Sometimes I want to follow a thread in the hopes that a Wyze Employee will post some kind of update in it, but I don’t like reading all the negativity, so I just mute or sometimes block certain individuals that post negatively too often, then I never have to worry about it, but will still continue to get notices about things I want to keep informed about. Just click on their profile name, then click on the “Normal” icon on the right, then select either Muted or ignored. That can help relieve some of your frustration. ![image](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/wyze/original/3X/7/d/7db257e0a760d681b785c442a831ce7fe785990a.png) That way you get to choose your own strictness of moderation, and the mods will only intervene when things get disrespectful or violate certain other levels of policy as they’ve been instructed. I think you will be happier blocking certain individuals entirely and have a much preferred experienced. It is usually a few of the same accounts that cause most of the negativity, so a few blocks and you’ll be happier…but Wyze won’t block anyone in general if they are just expressing opinions that aren’t violating respect, etc. Out of respect, Wyze will allow users to complain about Wyze, but they won’t allow people to attack each other…that’s where our muting and blocking comes into play. Give it a try. ---

Interesting i have 6 V3 5 are working with names and 1 is not the 5 that are working are located here in California and the 1 is located in woods bay Montana and all are on cam + o well who knows weird for sure. ---

How long does it take for my account to register that I’m a subscriber and allow me to purchase? I have subscribed but the shopping page stills says “Whoops! Looks like you are not a Cam Plus Subscriber” ---

By “subscriber” I think it means, you opt for **new** Cam Plus subscription for every new V3 order. In other words, you can only order a V3+Camp+ bundle. Old Cam+ subscription does not count. ---

On February 2nd we ordered V3 you lave to get 1 V3 with cam + and then you can order V3 alone so we did 1 V3 bundled and 4 V3 standard…we received our order and got a email from Wyze with the code so we can add it to cam + the boss wanted 2 more so on the 5th logged in and there was no more V3 left.so maybe next month i will look and see if there back in stock. ---
