Bulb Quality

Has anyone had issues with Wyze bulbs? I ordered a 4pack on amazon 1 week ago and I just had one of the bulbs go out. No connection, doesn’t turn on at all. I’ve tried power cycling and moving to a different fixture but it looks to be 100% dead. The kicker is I can’t return just one. They want me to return all four which is pretty annoying.

Is “they” referring to Amazon, or Wyze? I’m pretty sure if you contact Wyze for a replacement that they would allow you to replace just the one. If the troubleshooting guide @HDRock provided doesn’t end up being helpful, here’s the link for submitting a New Support Request. :slight_smile:
