Bulb connected, in app, wont respond to app, or rule, other bulb shows offline, but its on

Can it be old wiring, lack of power? Thoughts ?!?

Do a reset of the bulb. I had this happen once and reset and re-add worked for me.

Did a reset, removed from app, re-added… still not working

what kind of outlet do you have it on? its not in a dimmable socket is it?

The house was built in 1940, not dimmable, it worked for a minute then stopped… it’s on a switch not a socket

Have you tried a different lamp/socket?
