Blur on half the camera

I Have a Wyze Cam Pan I attached a picture of what its doing , I also checked the lense for any film did not see any and I do not see any scratches.

Is this camera outside?
It’s possible something may have gotten inside the camera lens and caused this issue.
If you’ve tried cleaning the outside of the lens and made sure there’s no scratches, you might want to contact support for a replacement if your camera is still under warranty.
