I have two of the battery cam pros. I am trying to set them up at the office. They get through two of the three steps and the camera times out before finishing set up. I have updated firmware and apps. Support sent me a new camera and I still have the same issue. The network is a 5g and 2.4g combined. I’m a little naïve in this area, is it possible my phone is connecting to the 5g while the camera is connecting to the 2.4g? I know the firmware update did enable the cameras to work on 5g. Or is there a way to elongate the time before the camera times out? I know the support article reads that the camera is still in the list of cameras without finalizing the set up (which is true), however it does nothing.
