Mine is still a brick and i have opened two request at wyze no solution.

May I ask how you were submitting ‘tickets’? If you mean the ‘Submit a Log’ in the app that sends directly to the engineers and you will never receive a response from those, they do help us with fixing issues though. The only way to open a ticket is by contacting the support team and they give you a ticket number.
