Now that Wyze allows Base Station to either plug directly into router or use wifi - which offers better performance with Outdoor cameras? I suspect direct router connection would be the winner.
Wi-fi doesn’t work at all for most.
I have 4 bases in my house and garage. Three are hard wired and 1 is wifi. There are 2 cameras connected to that base and they are working fine for me.
You have to make sure you have a strong connection to your wifi network.
Wired is always more reliable.
I go by my experience with laptops and my Fire Stick.
