Base station on/off

Base Station Model WVODB1, 2 cameras attached. Remote location has been dropping power lately. Base station will not reconnect to cameras when power is back on. If I am there, unplug and replug solves the problem. Is there a way to turn off and turn on the base station?
I can do this with my other cameras and that reconnects them just fine.

CORRECTION - Is it possible to turn on and off the base station remotely.

Smart plug on the power cord from the base station? Say a Wyze plug, so you could either cycle the power to the base manually or through scheduled rule.
