The Wyze software and sign in has become so convoluted and user-unfriendly that I am fed up with Wyze. A simple purchase through Wyze and Amazon was bungled this morning. All I have to interface with is this awful software and the sign-in gymnastics. I am done with wyze.

From the description, I’m not really sure what the problem is, and I see that you created another topic that you subsequently deleted in the Services & Integrations category, tagged with alexa, and referring to the “awful AI software”. If you’re having an issue that you’re seeking assistance with, then providing some additional detail would be helpful.
