Using the app with the Ultra scale is a terrible disappointment and presents serious accessibility issues. The Dark Mode theme doesn’t work at all (promising to add it to more pages in the future is a lame excuse) and basic weight loss tracking is completely missing. It does not / cannot tell you how much weight you’ve lost since starting, the line under the main weight number in the app that tells you how much more to lose to your goal is in line 6 point type that is completely unreadable. This mint green color scheme, besides being ugly as sin, is difficult for people with vision issues. Whoever designed the UI for this app either has no idea what they’re doing or just doesn’t care.
Just saw these issues were first raised 6 YEARS AGO on this forum so clearly Wyze doesn’t give a damn how their app looks or works. My suggestion to anyone looking to buy this product is to go elsewhere. The app is horrible.
