App on iPad not working

App is not working. Only white and blue screen with wyze written on it.

Not working on iPad or iPhone for me. Blank app, no devices show up.

I finally got it back working by shutting down the app. then restarting.

Did you solve the problem? If not, try these ways. These may help:

  1. turn off the app anf then turn it on again;
  2. force restart iPad or iPhone;
  3. choose to update the app or devices;
  4. use a good iOS repair tool like TunesKit iOS System Recovery without data loss.
