Hi Everyone,
I am upgrading from a RadioThermostat that is working fine. I noted all of the wires, as the Wyze app recommends and I took a photo. I plugged everything into the Wyze Thermostat as advised by the app. However, the app keeps telling me I have the wires incorrectly connected, but I do not. I am attaching photos of the prior thermostat, as well as screen shots of the error messages.
Anyone else see this issue?

Are you able to press “check again” until you are able to skip forward? This may be a bug it’s the firmware on the thermostat. There’s been other reports of this happening during setup with the firmware that most of the preorder thermostats ship with.

I will give that a shot. I didn’t know that I could continue to try again and then it would allow me to skip. I hope to be able to try it again tomorrow.
