Why is the customer service so terrible? Why is it so hard to contact Wyze and get a response? Cams and App have been acting up for many hours now and I’ve had to find blogs and really dig to get answers. I don’t get it. Thinking about switching to different cams. Recommendations? Can’t contact anyone via chat or anything. Even having difficulty posting here. Are they falling off?
