Is there any other software I can possibly use so I don’t have to buy a new phone? It also doesn’t like one of my two tablets.
Can you please clarify “App does not work”?
-Does it install?
-Does it install but not run?
-Does it install and run but then some other error?
Can you also clarify the specs of the phone and tablets? What version of the Android OS is installed?

App won’t install on my phone it is a moto g
What version of Android does it run. Wyze App requires Android 5.0 or later:
