I had to replace my phone, so I bought a Samsung S22.
I have only installed a few apps, but there is no “download” button for the Wyze app.
It says (in Red) “Recent Data from similar devices shows that the app might stop working on your device”
I would want to download the app, but currently cannot.

I’m guessing you’re enrolled in beta? There was a recent beta app that was causing a lot of crashes. Wyze just barely launched an update to fix that.
There was also a production version that was crashing for some people with battery cam Pros, but they launched a hotfix to fix that too.
Regardless, One workaround you can use for now until Google Play resolves it themselves, is go to a good mirror site like APKmirror.com search for Wyze and install the newest Wyze app there. This will actually install the Google Play version of the app. So then once you have it installed anyway, you’ll be able to continue updating through Google Play. Just make sure you get the version that says APK and not the version that says bundle. You need a special installation program to do the bundle version of the app.
That will pretty much definitely resolve your issue. Some other things you could try instead are if you are in beta, you could unenroll from beta and then Google Play might offer it to you. Then once you have it installed you could enroll in beta again.
If anyone else sees the same issue, could you also report it here please.
Also, anyone with this issue including @tom.gilmore could one of you take a screenshot of the issue and post it here please with the understanding that I may share that with some wise employees. Somebody may be able to reach out to their contacts at Google to try to resolve this.

Welcome to the community.
Hopefully as @carverofchoice mentioned, you are trying to download the beta. I have a S21 and S24 currently with no issues on production version.
