I updated to Android App 3.22.1.979 and v3 firmware 4.36.17.21. I only use basic features (Live View, Cloud Event videos and SD card playback). All the basic features are working well for me.
Thank you for the update.

Please know that this app update did nothing for my v4 issues, which were reported here:
@WyzeJasonJ There is a problem with the v4 firmware or maybe it is the latest Android App. Either way, all of my captured v4 events stutter during playback. The same thing happens when watching v4 video from an SD card.
However, if you download the event, the downloaded video plays just fine. On the other hand, if you record from the SD, the video contains the stutter.
v4 firmware: v4.52.17.19
Android App: v3.22.0 (973)
Downloaded Event from App:
Recorded video from SD:
I believe that is a firmware issue that we are actively looking into.
Both the V3 Pro and V3 Firmware updates just hit our household.
I had ten V3 and three V3 Pros update without incident.
I did the updates one at a time.
Hopefully we won’t have to do this again for a month or two!

Good morning, it has been a full week since the v4 buggy firmware was released. I have read from BETA members that they warned WYZE of the very issue I mentioned. That’s water under the bridge at this point, but EXTREMELY unfortunate to hear.
How much longer will we need to wait before WYZE fixes their known to be buggy v4 firmware that was released a week ago?
