When I signed up and purchased the home monitoring system the best feature I liked was the option to have 5 cameras on the system. For a while all the new cameras and doorbells were added as options to the home monitoring.

I want the newer cameras added to the home monitoring system. Now that I upgraded to the latest cameras none of them are available to add to the HMS.

Please add the v4 cams and the newest door bell cams to HMS

Not yet, but apparently it’s on the roadmap:

Pan v4 will support Home Monitoring System (HMS). Integration work is in progress and is expected to be available in the next app release, targeted for mid-October.

I have no idea what the status is for (non-Pan) Cam v4, though. Its product page still says this in the FAQ:

Wyze Cam v4 is not compatible with our home monitoring service, but it’s on the wish list!

To people saying adding cam v4 doesn’t give a benefit:

Allowing critical notifications to be sent while home monitoring is enabled is a HUGE feature. Think while you’re in bed with do not disturb on.

Come on guys this should be an additional item added to a set or an enum. Enable this

It’s been a couple years since cam v4 came out. Adding cams to my list of cameras in hms allows me to get critical alerts while home monitoring is enabled (sleep/away from home) was a hugely beneficial feature.

Please get this prioritized. I bought a bunch of v4 cams for my house a year ago not knowing they were incompatible.

Cam v4 no home monitoring support?

Any plans for the v4 to be added to the home monitoring hub? Kinda bummed might return the 4s and just hook up my v3 back up.

Cam v4 home monitoring integration

Should i just return my 4s and go back to my v3? I dont see why they are not supporting there newest cam? Unless the plancto drop the monitoring systems.

They said recently in an AMA they are not planning to drop the monitoring system, and they mentioned something about some kind of improvement coming, though I don’t remember the details.
