Alexa not connecting

Wyze Cam v2
Wi-Fi signal strength: 94-99% range

It will connect to my app on Android all the time,
and it initially connected to Alexa Spot first several times.

Now it just times out, there was a problem connecting to your camera
and does not connect.


Any ideas.
I really bought this for the Alexa SPOT compatibility, to see camera from my bedroom, to see if someone was in my yard.

My phone and Alexa are connected to my ORBI mesh network
and my Wyse Cam v2 is connected to my Internet model WiFi (since it is 2.4Ghz)

This was no issue at first,
and my phone still connects via app, just fine
just not the Alexa SPOT.

Please advise.

You might want to search the forum to see what other folks have found that fixes this. (I don’t have an Alexa device myself.) I think some folks have found that deleting Wyze from the Alexa account and reconnecting has worked.

Keep in mind that this forum is primarily a user to user community. If you don’t get a helpful reply here, I suggest you contact Wyze Support for more help. You might want to go ahead and submit your ticket now as there is somewhat of a backlog. If you end up getting the issue resolved before support contacts you, then you can always let them know that it’s already resolved.
