Do you mean a Shared User to one of your cams isn’t getting notifications?
Insure that the Bell is on in the upper right of the Shared user’s app isn’t muted.
Insure that the shared user’s phone has Notification Permissions enabled for the Wyze App and the WyzeMessage Notification Channel.
Insure that the Wyze App isn’t Silenced or Snoozed in the App Notification. Settings for the Wyze App in the shared user’s phone.
