The “Manage Subscriptions” must be made more clear. Here is what happened to me.
I had 7 cameras.

I registered 2 with the yearly plan. Already paid for these two plans. Came out of the bank. $38 and change.

Then, I wanted to add 3 more. When I selected 3, it made my total subscriptions 3, Not 3 more. It unregistered my previous 2 (as a change) and said it would bill me for 3 cameras (not 5, and now I have 2 billings). $58 and change, plus the previous $38.
At this point, I don’t know what they will be billing. Adding camera PLUS is very difficult. If you want to know how much you will be billed. 7 cameras, should not cost more than $140/year, but I bet I’m billed more.
Sound is weak. The hub volume is weak. Same with the keypads. At full volume, it’s very hard to hear. Why have a volume, if you can’t get it to be loud enough?
