With my new Xfinity router I was unable to attach my Wyze products even though it has both a 2.4 and a 5.0GHZ setting. I purchased a Netgear WiFi Range Extender that has both a 2.4GHZ and a 5.0GHZ address. I was then able to sign-in with the 2.4GHZ setting and attach my Wyze products to my home system.
