3 V2 cameras are all offline

My 3 V2 cameras (inside) have all been offline for several days now. I cannot get them to connect and it’s very frustrating! I have 1 Ring camera inside and no problem at all with it. I’m seriously thinking of switching over to Ring.

Is anyone else having this problem? If so, what did you do to fix it? My firmware is all up to date.

Did anything change around that time, or did you have a power blip/outage?

It is possible the power adapters got fried in a power event, you could try a different one (any 1000MA USB wall adapter will work) just to see.

Other thought is maybe your ISP updated their router/gateway if you’re using theirs, that has been known to cause issues when they roll out something buggy or start blocking something they shouldn’t.

You can also try factory resetting one (remove the SD card if you have one) and re-doing the setup, if they did in fact update their router, sometimes that will help, as it is essentially like doing “forget network” on a wireless device and having it re-negotiate the new settings.

For whatever it’s worth, all of my V2 cameras (about a dozen) are working as expected.
So I don’t think there is a system issue. As Dave said, most likely something changed on your end.
