My friend, upgrade to the newest version 3.5, it just came out August 21. I spoke to a senior technical advisor yesterday at Wyze and he informed me of it and it works much better than 3.0.

Do you mean 3.0.5 ? If so, thatā€™s what Iā€™m on.
Everything was fine until I updated. Just so frustrating.
I knew I shouldnā€™t have updated.

Let us know what ur switching to. Im looking for options. When I was almost ready to pull the trigger from an issue some time ago, they fixed it and got back in my good graces. Now they are in the doghouse again. Iā€™m just tired of the love/hate relationship.
I have locks, cams, sensors, switches, lights and plugs. I donā€™t want 5 different apps. But I also need it to work.
Pretty hefty investment to replace everything, canā€™t go through this crap again.

3.5.0 is the latest update from my understanding for the senior technical advisor I spoke to yesterday at Wyze. Just came out August 21. Much better than 3.0.

@rmbbuyer The advisor you spoke to probably just misspoke. The current app is 3.0.5, not 3.5.0. Version 3.1.0 is currently in beta testing.

Thatā€™s what Im on too 3.0.5 that was just released to ios, didnā€™t see any improvement. Still sucks as I said in other posts.

You need to download 3.5.0. Donā€™t think you have the right app update. 3.5.0 came out August 21.

Ok, seriously.,youā€™ve been corrected several times by other members. There is no version 3.5ā€¦ itā€™s 3.05. 3.5 does not exist

Same issue here 3.0 sucks

Try to blame it on my camera power cycle or my network . It worked perfectly fine on my 26 cameras before the stupid update .

Same frustration with the auto livestream - hate it, but itā€™s less frustrating when at home on wi-fi. When on cellular (which is when I look at my cameras often), it is so painfully slow and frustrating. They need to add a toggle on/off for auto livestream when on cellular. Wish I had read this forum before I hit that ā€œUpdateā€ button! I hope that Wyze fixes it - yes, everything is updated and Iā€™m using 3.0.5 version.

I agree 100%! When in sailor, the live stream is extremely annoying and frustrating. Takes forever.
