Hello, I have a problem with 2 cam pan v1… I had both cameras off for over two years, but when I turned them on they asked me for an update which I accepted and they no longer worked again. They have a solid yellow light…
I started looking for a solution and realized that apparently it was a problem that many other people had had.
I read that a possible solution was to install the firmware manually from the SD card, however, it did not work, so far I have tried to install all firmware releases from the current version (4.10.9.3006), to the one released in October 2020 (4.10.6.193), None of those versions have worked… After the installation finishes, the solid yellow light returns. I’m going to continue installing even the older versions, but I don’t think I’ll be successful.
I would like to know if anyone has currently had this problem and has been able to solve it and how they did it, because all the topics I have seen are old.
I hope you can help me, I’m about to give up and throw them in the trash.
